Returns Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns for Store Credit only. All items must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Management reserves the right to determine whether items can be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Sale items, special orders, custom stitch guides, and cut canvas/fabric are not-returnable.
Special Orders
When we don’t have what you want in stock, we will special order for you from our vendors. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit on goods only. Merchandise may, on occasion, come in at a slightly higher price; however, we try to keep our prices competitive. Upon notification that your order has arrived, we will call to make final arrangements for payment and shipping.
Frequent Shopper Discount Card!
Spend a little, save a little! Each time you purchase a non-sale item at It’s A Stitch, we stamp your discount card for the pre-tax value of goods. When the card is full, it represents a value of $240 which allows you to apply a $25 shopper’s discount on a purchase of $25 or more.
Note: Finishing and other services do not qualify.
Privacy Policy
We know how important your privacy is. We do not sell or give your name, address, or e-mail to anyone. We also do not keep your credit card information on file.
